Anton works mainly with real estate transactions, project development and commercial tenancy issues and other usufructuary rights to real property. His work related to transactions and project development includes everything from customary real estate transactions to issues related to property formation, zoning plan agreements, development agreements and different kinds of permits. Anton’s work in tenancy related issues includes inter alia disputes in the rent tribunal and negotiation and drafting of lease agreements. Anton has also during the latest years taught students at the Chalmers University of Technology in commercial tenancy law, land lease law and easement law.

Erik works with a broad range of issues related to real estates. Erik has particular experience in usufruct matters. He frequently represents clients in proceedings in rental tribunals and in litigations and arbitrations. Furthermore, Erik works with development of shopping centers and commerce plants, where Erik assists in acquisitions, land development and letting. For many years Erik has lectured at Stockholm University and Fakultetskurser on the topic of commercial leaseholds and he frequently gives lectures to private companies.

Carl Skårman

Counsel

Carl primarily works within his areas of expertise: construction and consultancy law, as well as commercial dispute resolution. He has extensive experience in the construction and civil engineering sector. His work in construction and consultancy law covers everything from assisting with drafting, reviewing, and negotiating construction contracts to providing ongoing advice on issues that arise during the execution of a construction or infrastructure project. Carl assists clients with dispute resolution, preferably at an early stage, and acts as counsel in general courts and arbitration proceedings. Carl is also engaged as a lecturer in his areas of expertise.
