Anton works mainly with real estate transactions, project development and commercial tenancy issues and other usufructuary rights to real property. His work related to transactions and project development includes everything from customary real estate transactions to issues related to property formation, zoning plan agreements, development agreements and different kinds of permits. Anton’s work in tenancy related issues includes inter alia disputes in the rent tribunal and negotiation and drafting of lease agreements. Anton has also during the latest years taught students at the Chalmers University of Technology in commercial tenancy law, land lease law and easement law.

Furthermore, Erik works with development of shopping centers and commerce plants, where Erik assists in acquisitions, land development and letting. For many years Erik has lectured at Stockholm University and Fakultetskurser on the topic of commercial leaseholds and he frequently gives lectures to private companies.
